Hi CB,
I'm not trying to be difficult, but I am getting frustrated at these pictures that show only a few pieces of many different fruits.
What are you supposed to do with the rest of the banana and pineapple? I would love to have a few pieces of fresh fruit to garnish things, but it seems like I would have to either eat the whole thing or throw a lot away.
Any suggestions?0 -
Use it in something else. Open bananas can be used in things like smoothies, baking, etc.
They are garnishes, so they aren't mandatory to use.0 -
Good idea for the banana. I also re-read your recipe, and realized that the entire banana was used up for the whole tray of goodies.
I think I need to find a way to store fresh fruit once it has been cut, though. I find it loses it's flavor in the fridge, but doesn't last long on the counter.
Sorry, I just thought you might have some ideas:blushing:0 -
the fat content in that is just wow... I mean it looks so yummy but too easy to sneak another ,,, I generaly as a rule of thumb try to limit my snacks to under 10 grams of fat.. 18 is too dangerous when something like that YOU know tastes like heaven.0
