Anyone know how to set up a Unisex Timex Heart Rate Monitor...? The instructions read like they're in a different language and not really finding anything online....thanks

The method for moving between setting values has been used on many of their watches for years, so not sure how familiar you are with it.
Press Mode button until you get to the HRM Setup screen, just past the Review screen.
Press button for Next.
Select the HR zone you want as primary zone to give stats on, or audible alerts on. Not required, but useful. You can cycle through the values with the buttons for + or -, basically up or down, forward or back.
Audible alert, suggest off unless running outside and really trying to stay to a zone.
Then button for next.
Then use same method to enter weight, then max heart rate, then HR display (suggest bpm, unless you are in a class always referencing % of max).
Oh, to figure max HR, you can do a rough estimate of 220-age, and then search for submaximal maximum heart rate test - which will give you some means of figuring out something more accurate.
To do chrono, mode button to Chrono screen. HR button to cycle through options as to how you want to see the HR and time.0
