hi guys just looked something up on a fitness site and it said I should have a goal of certain measurements it basically said to lose 5 inches of waist and hips both. Does anyone have any tips to do so? I know I need to lose weight but any really good toning tips for those areas? I am only about 12 lbs to my goal weight. I am 5'4" and I have a goal of 140 thought that was okay until I saw the measurements they said I should go for :-) they said 25 inch waist and 35 inch hips ahhh gonna try though

    I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 120.2 that being said my measurements are:
    Bust: 35
    Waist: 28.25
    Hips: 35.25
    Thighs: 21.25
    Arms: 11.25

    Now I'm not as toned as I would like to be, but think asking for a 25 inch waist for your height may be a little much. Work for what you feel comfortable with, not what something tells you. I'm happy with my waist size right now at my height! Actually all my measurements! :)
