Wow! Just made this smoothie for my mid-morning snack and it is delicious!!!

1 frozen banana
0.5 cup skim milk
1 scoop NNW Healthy 100% Whey Peanut Butter Chocolate
2 splenda packets
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
water/ice!

very sweet tasting!!!

    I quite often do something similar using a fresh banana and whole earth peanut butter, vanilla whey and with a bit of oats in, but I've never even seen that flavor whey protein..... May have to scour the web and see if someone stocks it in the UK!!!
