I have been out of T-K-D for a couple of years. Plan on going back some time in the future to complete my black belt. Excercise is an important part of any program.
I have found this site to be extremley helpful by helping me focus on the foods and the quantity I eat. This has helped me loose 20 lbs during calendar 2008.
If you want to loose body fat you may want to add some weight training to your routine.
Good Luck and welcome.0
