Busy busy busy!

I seem to have reached a plateau at the 19lb mark, sometimes putting on 2lbs, then losing down to the same mark, but never going any lower! So I have decided to juggle my workout schedule.

I do pole fitness classes Tuesday and Saturday for an hour and a half each time, but this week, have added some new classes to the mix! Yesterday, I tried an hour Spinning class (wow it really tires you out!) Tonight is an hour of Zumba (my first time so a little nervous!) and Monday i have an hour of Kick Boxing Aerobics!

With 5 days of working out, lets hope I start to get a change of luck in terms of my scales! In a month I'll be doing an hour of swimming twice a week as well, but can't at the moment due to a new tattoo.

Anyone else tried Zumba and Kick Box Aerobics? How do you find it and how rewarding is it in terms of weight loss?

I am going to be tired at the end of my first week :laugh:
