Hi fairly new to this site. I have some workout DVDs at home and can't find them to add calorie burn or exercise. Anyone have any suggestions, ideas, cheat sites where I can get a guesstimation for this? Thanks.

Someone posted this site: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc
on MFP and I have found it useful for figuring out workout DVDs. I like Stephanie Herman tapes which are a combo of stretching, low intensity aerobics, and pilates. So I can calculate the minutes for each type of thing on this site and it adds them up for you for a total. Then you can add the title of the workout on MFP "my exercises" list. Just remember to keep a note of the total minutes of the workout as this won't be recorded on your list, you'll have to add that each time you use it.0 -
U can always purchase a Heart Rate Monitor for better readings. I found one @ walmart for $28. I does give more of an accurate reading.0
