Need support for the last 10 lbs!

Hi,
I have been doing MFP for about 4 months now. I have lost 8 lbs, then gained 5 back after going on vacation and not returning to my exercise and healthy eating routine. I really need some motivation for the 10-15 lbs I want to lose. I am currently between 129 and 132. I know I need to get back to working out... I do step and body pump. The problem is that after my vacation I am having a hard time getting back to it and I think that the winter and heavy workload are starting to take their toll. I want to hit my goal weight of 120 by the end of Jan. Please! I need some friends to keep me motivated!!!

    Change up your routine - confuse your body
    Trade lots of cardo for strength training
    You might need to UP your daily calories (especially if strength training)
    Keep hydrated
    And please back away from the Christmas cookies!
