New to MFP Looking for Support

Hi, I'm Allegra and I have 10-15 lbs to lose. I could really use some support! I have a sitting job, then I go home to my 91 yr old mom who lives with me. She doesn't like me to go out of the room and I can't leave her alone so it's a little harder to exercise.

    The first step in getting healthy is something like getting on this site. You can work on your diet, and there are programs out there (Beachbody has a 10 minute a day program) that you can do quickly to help add in exercise. You can also google "office workout" for some ideas you can do while you are at work. Believe in yourself and you will succeed!

    Well the good news is losing 10-15 pounds is easy
    You might not even have to change too much of you diet
    You just need to burn more caloires then you're taking in
    If you're in the room with Mom and there's a TV in there, put on a exercise DVD, and work out with her in the room
    She might even try to join you
    Or get up before she does and get your exercise done before she starts her day, (that's what I do)
    What's important is to put at least 45 mins aside for your health a day
