THE NEW YEAR!

What are everyones goals to accomplish by the new year?

We have one month to reach those goals we set for ourselves so what will you do to achieve it??

Ill start!!

My goal: Weigh in at 170 on Jan 1st!

My goals to help me achieve that:
Work on my relationship with food (not use it as a coping mechanism with life)
Drink 10 cups of water
Go on the treadmill at least 3x a week (I know its sounds simple and lame but for me its a goal!!!)

    my goal is to make sure im still not smoking.......(only been smoke free 4 days)to at least maintain my weight by then..........and make sure i workout 3+ times a week

    Workout a minimum of three times a week... :)... Not twice this week, once next, twice the week after that. lol

    I'd like to be lifting heavier weights than I do now.
    I would like my muscles to be larger.

    My goal is to be the happiest, healthiest person I can be, and also support others and help them reach their goals, I also want to write a book about my experiences with ED, depression and OCD, if I can prevent just one person having to go through some of the things I did then I have achieved my goal
