My weight is stuck on the exact pound and ounce! What the heck?! One week and no movement.. not even UP or DOWN even with Thanksgiving! Is it totally possible that all my exercise and all my eating all exed itself out and i just remained same?! Also I have PMS (sorry guys) so do you think maybe weight is lower but due to bloat it isn't showing!? My pants are def looser now which is great but I really want the number on the scale to move. I've been working out at least 4-5x a week doing very intense spin classes (sometimes 2 in a day) and I've been tracking everything I eat and try to keep it around 1200-1500 cals. I'm not sure if i'm not calculating my cals exact and that might be the problem... for instance I get this healthy hummus and salad wrap down the street and have a side of quinoa with it.. I put it in as 500 cals by putting in all the ingrediants but could it be a lot more? I asked the restaurant if they were going to add cals to their menu and they said they were in the process... but even if it was say 700 would that make THIS big a different?? Maybe I should ONLY stick to places that have the exact calories. There are a number of them where I live this way I know EXACTLY what I am eating. I could pack my lunch but right now living in Manhattan with work and working out so much I just find grabbing healthy wraps / soups on the go is easier and keeps me sane. Advice?! Anyone else been stuck? I'm 15lbs lost but have alot more to go! I want to lose another 50lbs
