Buying a Heart Rate Monitor

So I read on another thread that a way to keep track of calories burned during weights is to use a HR monitor. I figure this'll give me a better measurement for cardio as well.
So, I'm going to buy one tonight, do you have any recommendations?

I have the Polar FT4. Best investment ever. Don't waste your money on one that doesn't have a chest strap, they are horribly inaccurate.0

Polar FT60, it's amazing, I love it more than anything, it measures your VO2max which is crucial to knowing acurate calories burned, other HRM usually don't have that option!0

I have a Polar T6 (I think that's the model) and I have been very happy with it. Any model with a chest strap and that you input your personal info into would be fine though, I would think.0

Polar seems to be the most popular brand! I looked at those but ended up with a New Balance N4 - also has the chest strap & I've been very happy with it. Got it new on eBay for $26 - much lower than retail, just have to be patient on the auctions.0
