I have read on here that the amount of calories that it says you burn is higher then what it should be, so was just wondering is it better to put slightly less exercise in to compensate for this. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you are putting your exercise under the correct name, it should be pretty close actually, from what I have found.0

I realized that when I ride the stationary bike my bike reads about half of what this site says. I'd say divide it in half and you should be good!!0

it seems pretty accurate to me so long as you are honest0

I take the burned calorie count from the machine I use. So I first enter my time, then my burned calories. I don't think I have any issues with manually adding my burned calories?0
