30 Day Shred and Volleyball tournament?

So, I just wanted to ask a bit of advice. I started Jillian M.'s 30 Day Shred Tuesday. Well, I have a volleyball tournament coming up on Saturday. We will play, at least, 2 games. If we got all the way to the final bracket, that would be 5 games.

Should I skip Jillian's 30 Day Shred because I'm also going to be playing volleyball? Or should I just do the 30 Day Shred then, too?

HMMMMMM.

    If you have time why not do both. I would say play the volleyball games and afterwards if you aren't too sore, or tired push through and do 30 day shred.

    i play volleyball on wednesdays, and still do the shred. i agree though, save the shred for after, so if you are really too tired, you can skip it.
