Any Fellow Mainers?

I'm new to the site after my nutritionist recommended it. I've been exercising regularly and trying to watch what I eat, but my weight just won't budge much. I'm hoping this site will really help me put my daily food consumption into perspective and I can finally see some of these extra pounds melt away! Anyone who goes through a long tough winter knows how hard it is to stay active and eat healthy during these months. Any suggestions on how to beat the winter blues??
