I always overestimate calories when eating out... and then I'm starving.... like today.... need your opinion on this.
There is a little Chinese restaurant that will cook anything the way you want it so I typically get Tofu (6 oz) cooked on the flat top I tell them to use siracha (red pepper sauce) instead of the soy sauce (try to avoid sodium overload) and I skip the rice, they serve it over about 1.5 to 2 cups mixed veggies I would guess (also cooked on the flat top with some soy not sure how much and a bit of oil) I skip the white fish sauce and that's it..... the whole meal fills up the to go box, I have watched them cook the veggie and they add very little oil and some soy....
So what you think how many cals?
