    Buy "The sneaky chef" cookbook. It incorporates all kinds of vegetables that are pureed. You can get a used copy on Amazon fairly reasonable:bigsmile:

    Roasting is amazing, and I try to make a lot of soups and spaghetti sauces that have veggies in them to sneak them in to my family. =)

    So I don't know the name of it, but google is a helpful tool... There is a cook book for people just like you :) You incorporate a lot of veggies into foods and you can't even tell you're eating them! Good luck :)

    I've been making:
    Sauteed veggies (onions, shallots, garlic, green pepper, and my fave-sun dried tomatoes) with 1/4 cup prego sauce and a little Parmesan cheese. On top, a fried egg. Delicious and low cal!
