What's your fave: Soy, Almond, Hemp, Coconut or regular milk?
I haven't tried hemp milk even though I've been curious
And really do like regular milk, but I loooove almond milk

Almond milk for sure. I have a slight lactose intolerance plus I just don't like the taste of milk so I switched to almond milk a while ago. I like that there's less sugars/carbs/cals and it doesn't bother my stomach! The dark chocolate flavor rocks but I don't buy that too often because of the extra sugar.0

Hemp is my favorite. Almond is #2. I'm not a fan of rice milk and I don't tolerate soy well.0

Almond, by far.0

Almond, then coconut, then regular milk. I haven't tried the others.0

coconut tastes amazing, but isn't as good for you. Hemp and Almond are awesome
I use almond milk in my protein shakes and it gives this really yummy richness. I love soy too! rice is my least favorite.

Not really a milk person, i use it for cooking, baking and cereal. I use skim regular milk. soy milk tastes gritty to me.0

Im lactose intolerant so hemp milk is great for me. I just picked up a new Tempt Vanilla quart today. I put it in my coffee, granola cereal, muelsi, or just drink a cup with breakfast. Unlike cow milk I can store it in my pantry till I open it. Once open it stays fresh in my fridge for about 7-10 days. Have you ever tried cultured coconut milk (coconut "yogurt") because that stuff if good too.0

Unsweetened Almond Milk! 35 calories per cup!0

Almond milk, for sure! Even if the stuff had more calories than regular milk, I'd be nuts over it. So yummy, especially in cereal!0

I'd say that coconut milk is the yummiest, but as it's really high in fat I don't use it all the time.
For my everyday oatmeal or to make a choc milk or mocha - plain old dairy skim milk suits me fine.
I've never tried almond milk (actually I've never seen it, my supermarket doesn't stock it and I haven't gone looking in the health food shop) but I'd probably like that.0
