Daily carb and protein goals

Options
My daily protein goal seems low compared to my daily carb goal...shouldnt I be eating LOTS of protein and very few carbs??

MFP is generous on carbs and not enough generous on protein, stay under your carbs and go over protein.. you can also manually change these in your diary settings if you want.

This is why I joined MFP :) I could change my values to 'keto' ratios and its so much easier to track here than on paper.

That's how I set mine. And you are right with your post: good carbs and healthy fats and you're all good :]

    Something to keep in mind.
MFP only allows you to set in 5% incr.
You should know what your numbers are and try to stick to those.
Appx 1g Protein to each pound of lean mass.
Appx .45-.60g Fat to each pound of lean mass.
Carbs will sort out and bring up the rear.

Eat your macros and drink 8-10+ glasses of water and you are good to go!
