Protein serving for maximal effect!

One question often asked with regards to nutrition is quantity of macro-nutrients (proteins, fats, carbs) is how much should i consume per meal?

The following guidelines will give you enough of the nutrient to get all of the fantastic benefits of protein!

Women – 1 serving of lean, complete protein (20-30g) with each meal, every 3 hours or so
Men – 2 servings of lean, complete protein (40-60g) with each meal, every 3 hours or so
