Double NSV alert!!! I know it's not amazing or anything but I feel good!! I just ran 40 minutes straight which I've never done and also ran 4 miles straight without stopping!!

That's HUGE!!! I am trying to do that but only at 15 mins. One of these days my legs will keep going! LOL!
