Any Chinese MFPers know what 麻辣三丝 is?

I once had a Chinese roommate who gave me packets of pickles in chili oil called "spicy sansi" or 麻辣三丝. I've been to several Asian markets and haven't found any, which makes me very sad.
Is there any way to make this at home?
