Hello all. Finally joining because it is time to drop some pounds. Was always a little chubby, 6'1" around 210-220 depending on the day. Blew out my ACL in May, and gained around 15 pounds since :( . Started the keto diet on Monday, while hitting the gym each day (even if just for half an hour). No loss yet, but we will see how it goes.
