Banana Bread Recipe Needed!

I made this yesterday and everyone loved it.

Healthy ? ...not sure about that...but here is the only banana bread recipe i use!
1 1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c vegetable shortening
1 c sugar
1 c bananas (about 2 or 3?)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c chopped walnuts (optional)
1 cup min chocolate chips (optional)
Cream together: shortening, sugar, vanilla
add eggs
mix well
Add flour, salt, soda
mix well
Add bananas
Add chips and/or walnuts
mix well and pour into floured loaf pans
Bake 350 50-60minutes0 -
