Eating Healthy during Mardi Gras

Hey all you New Orleanians out there! I need some help not going overboard on Mardi Gras in the eating department and alcohol. How do you not overindulge? I think it is inevitable given the circumstances, to go a little overboard, but if any of ya'll have any helpful tips, I would really appreciate them!

    I don't have any tips for you but can you send me a King Cake? lol I'm originally from Louisiana & we're stationed here in VA.. I sure do miss celebrating Mardi Gras!
