Carbs/Protein/Fat %'s

Any advice on what these can be set to. My aim is to increase fitness and performance, tone (lose fat, not opposed to gaining muscle), I compete in swimming and netball, I am starting up running as well.

I usually go over my protein and/or carbs, with the %'s set by MFP.

Any constructive or positive thoughts?

    as minimums is pretty much spot on.

    Fill the rest with what you like.

    That's at 50% Carbs, 25 % Fats and Proteins.

    yep, %'s don't really matter. You're body's needs are based on your body weight & the amount intaken. MFP is just setup with %'s to make it simple for most people.
