Daily calories

Hey, Is it best to reach your daily amount everyday? For example one day I may be 400 under and not hungry any more. Is it cool to leave it at that or should I aim to reach the amount (with no exercise). What will happen if I am under my recommended amount? Will I loose more/faster or will I plateau? Thank you in advance, I hope you get what I mean I am a bit tired.

It depends what that 400 under takes you too. The general recommendation is to never go under 1200 NET cals in a day, but the occasional day wont do you much harm if you do.
If you eat below, you may find yourself tired, lacking in energy, if you do it too often, you may stop or slow your weight loss as your body tries to hold onto all the food it can get, you may lose muscle, and you could suffer in other ways, such as brain function, skin condition etc.
Generally the more over weight you are, the more you can "handle" being under and still be losing weight.0 -
I would try to hit your calorie goal everyday. 400 under is a bit much!0

I personally think it is fine to go below as long as it isn't too low, There will be days that you will go slightly over and it will help not to panic. Elsabe was working on 500 calories which is extreme but it worked so you will lose more weight faster. Just make sure you have the energy and don't over do it. Too less will affect you physical state. Please don't work below 10000
