Sorry guys...

It's almost that time of the month and the past week I have been really bad with going way over my calories. I think I've gained the weight back that I have lost, I don't even want to know. What do you ladies do when it comes to that time of the month? And what do you do when it's holidays/birthdays? I'm getting frustrated and discouraged

I don't know what everyone else does, but I'm not big on diet foods...(sweeteners irritate me mostly).
I love chowing down a box of Junior Mints. I compared them to a box of Valentine chocolates I got for my sons. I of the Valentine chocolates was about 100 calories...the whole box of Junior Mints was 220. Much better deal for me.
  • For the sweets rages, try the healthy indulgence brownies down in the recipe forum - to replace super sweet desserts, I also try to have Sun-Rype fruit bars. They're sweet, but they're 100% dried fruit, so they're better than processed desserts.

If you have a sweet tooth like me, try to let yourself have a little treat every day - either one brownie or one fruit bar. It helps :) Just don't splurge in high calorie cakes or ice cream. You can treat yourself as long as you make smart choices!
