what do yall do when you are hungry after dinner, say 9 pm or so?
i usually have around 100 calories left (if that), and I don't want to not eat just do i don't go over my calories. any late-night, filling snacks that are low cal?

I always have a snack in the evening, usually at some point between 8 and 10pm. I usually go for popcorn, crackers and cheese or cereal. Veggies and dip and a good option too, but I'm not a huge fan of raw veggies.0

I like a little something sweet in the evening. Jell-o sugar free fat free puddings are a great option, and they have flavors that can be mixed with different things to make a wide array of low-calorie desserts. For example, the vanilla cheesecake flavor with some crumbled Nilla wafers tastes just like cheesecake, and you can do the same with the key lime pie flavor. A dab of cool whip free adds zero calories, but a lot of creaminess. The chocolate pudding can be layered in a bowl with alternating layers of cool whip free and torn up chunks of angel food cake to make a delicious semifreddo trifle.
If you're trying to stay away from fake sugars, a small bowl of oatmeal is filling, tasty, and full of whole grains. A cup of dark hot chocolate (land-o-lakes makes a good one) is also filling and good.
