I did the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt with my HRM on and it said I burned 175 calories for a 30 minute workout. I am 5'6", weigh 186 and am a medium build, if this gives you any idea how that would translate to your height, weight, etc.

 Bless your heart!!! That's exactly the workout I did...and I knew I had to have burned a lot more than what I did! So how did you log it inas exercise into MFP?

I just added it as a new exercise not listed. For the exercise description I put Biggest Loser Power Sculpt, etc.
