How often should I check my weight?

Should I check my weight once every week or once every 2 weeks or every other day? Weight Watchers suggest that you weigh yourself every week. Also should I weigh myself as soon as I get up in the morning or any time of the day?

    I would suggest once a week, don't become a slave to the scale.. :) I used my clothes to determine my weightloss, as they started fitting better, I knew I was not only losing weight but improving the shape of body.....
