Help!

I am one of those people that uses the famous line "i dont really have time to exercise" - well guess what you can make time, and not only that you can use time you have to get in exercise even if it is alittle!

At work, i am on the 12th floor, I have been taking a few minutes here and there to do 4-6 flights of stairs at a time, but i cannot figure out the best way to log it into my exercise tracker - somedays it takes the same amount of time to do 4 flights as it does 6 - any tips?!

    Just keep logging it the best you can. Some days you may be a little slower than others which is why it takes the same amount of time to do 4 flights as it does 6 flights.
