indoor bike trainer workouts

Hey all! I recently purchased an indoor bike trainer so I can stay in shape through the winter. I don't want to have to play catch-up when Triathlon season starts again and I plan on doing spinning as cross-training while I train for a marathon in April. Does anyone have any great workouts for spinning or know where I can find some?
