BEEN LIFTING WEIGHTS FOR 2 WEEKS, I'M ON A CALORIE DIET OF 1500, 1300 FOOD, 200 DRINKS.

HOWEVER IVE BEEN READING THAT THIS IS TOO LOW IF I WANT TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS(WHICH I WANT TO DO) HOWEVER IF I INCREASE MY CALORIES TO SAY 2500, I WILL PROBABLY JUST GAIN FAT OR WILL I?

I NEED SOME ADVICE OFF ANYONE.

HOW MANY CALORIES DO I NEED TO HAVE SO I 1) DON'T GAIN FAT AND 2) GAIN JUST MUSCLE

I'M 5'5 AND 11 STONE 3.

CHEERS

I am definitely not a fitness guru but I know that if you are working out more than just a stroll around the neighborhood, your body NEEDS more calories. If you don't, you'll stop losing weight, plateau, and your body will enter starvation mode.

If you work out hard, eat more.

You will not gain muscle mass eating at a caloric deficit, all you can do is eat high protein and lift heavy weights and try to maintain the muscle you do have. To gain mass you need to eat at a caloric surplus (more than maintenance)

there is no magic caloric intake to gain muscle and not fat, you will gain fat as you gain muscle, but to ensure you get as much muscle and less fat, you will have to eat 30-40% of your calories from protein, lift heavy and eat at a 10-20% over maintenance. So if your maintenance is 2000, you will have to eat 2200-2400 to gain muscle.

At only two weeks I bet it could happen (strength anyway). Measuring mass would be pretty diffcult to do w/o a bodyfat measurement. Which I don't think has been done here.
