Rumbly Tumbly...

For the last week, I've been eating on a 3-hour schedule (Breakfast within an hour of waking up, snack 3 hours later, lunch 3 hours later, etc) and smaller portions, and healthier options. I've noticed today that after an hour of eating breakfast, my stomach is growling REALLY loudly! I don't have as much of a desire to eat though, but my tummy is a'rumblin'! Is this a good thing??
