Healthy Candied Apple

You will need:

1 apple
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 marshmallow
1/8 cup of crushed nuts

Melt peanut butter, honey, marshmallow in microwave safe bowl until smooth (approx. 10 seconds for mine).

Using the curved side of the spoon, spread the mixture over the apple. Let sit 1-2 minutes . Work the mixture around the apple until smooth.

Roll in crushed nuts

Place in fridge for 15 minutes to set.

With Nuts : Calories 293 Fat 14 Carbs 44 Protein 5 Iron 8 Fibre 7

Without Nuts: Calories 218 Fat 9 Carbs 37 Protein 3 Iron 6 Fibre 6
