Correctly Setting Up My Goals

How do I go about setting up my daily protein, fat and carb percentages? I'm 42 years old and currently weigh 248. I work out 4 mornings and 2 evenings a week. Right now I've let MFP set up my goals (Set to lose 2# per week). But I'm wondering if it's incorrect. I always seem to go over my protein settings.

    Go to goals, change goals, custom, raise your protein by 10%, it will adjust everything else. when you are done, click Update Changes. Use it for a couple days and see if it helps. If not go back and switch things around untill it works for you. Don't forget to update changes or it will go back.
