On the food chart here, how much water is 1 cup? 8oz? 6oz?

I would say closer to 8oz but actually a little more... Its definitely more than 6oz, but according to wiki *http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cup_(unit) it bounces between 8-10oz... Figure 8oz and I'm sure you would be safe0
