30 day shared dvd ..day 1

hi

i started 30 day shred today

i only did it for 14 minutes as i felt so tired :( but now im feeling ok as i had some pain killers this evening

i have some vesculitis disorder so oftentimes have joint pains

shall i continue to do it..??

any exp ...please share

    I know nothing about your disorder and I think it would be best to talk to your doctor. I'm a week in on 30DS and I love it. Do what you can and maybe you can work up to the whole 20 minutes. Best of luck to you!

    IMO 30DS is a not a beginner's workout. I would talk to your DR about whether or not you should continue.
