Hi All!
I'm trying to find something a recipe or two that doesn't have meat (fish is ok), dairy (yogurt is ok), and grains.
I'm doing this for a bit to force myself to be more creative with veggies. However, I need some inspiration. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Cauliflower with cheese sauce is good. You could try baked beans on toast. Uhhhmmm. I've fallen in love with veggie burgers recently, and they also have some really great soy meat-substitutes in the vegetarian section of the supermarket.0
