impossible to say without knowing portion size, toppings, sauces etc
and high cals =/= "bad" food0 -
If you eat a small portion of pAsta it might be better. It really could vary a lot depending on what else comes in/on it. Red sauces are best for pasta. Maranara type. No cream based or white sauces like Alfredo. Those are heavily laden with fat and calories.0

Have some of both = profit0

Can you get a small portion of pasta with alot of marinara, and a good size salad? Red wine doesn't have too many calories for 5 ounces (about 120) in case you wanted some with dinner.0

I would choose veggie pizza. I'd put the napkin on top of it to soak up some of the grease (not sure that saves any cals, I just do it cuz it grosses me out otherwise lol). Just my .020

yeah its hard to know cause my quick look at the menu didn't tell me much cause it didnt have different serving sizes or anything.
I'm thinking maybe an entree size pasta (if they do that) with marinara sauce and eating a bit before I go!0 -
The pizza will have more protein0

If you get pasta, I would go for something with a meat sauce instead of marinara because protein will slow the digestion of the carbs, make you less hungry afterwards, and shoot it tastes good too.
If you get pizza, I would try to get a thin crust with light sauce and lean meats (if they have lean meats) and veggies. I say thin crust because at restaurants, thick crusts have tons and tons of calories. I say light sauce because sauce tends to have a lot of sugar in it.
Either way, I would simply watch your portions of whatever you choose and don't stress over it too much. Pizza AND pasta can BOTH be added to a healthy diet. I do it all the time and their pasta in my dinner tonight, too.0
