No time for organized exercise

Until Jan 18th I have little time for organized exercise. Three days a week I leave for work at seven and get home at midnight. Hose three days include half hour of walking to work and five hours doing bar duty. Sometimes run off my feet. Other times sitting down doing nothing. Two days a week I have training (not too extreme) plus my half hour walk. On the weekends I play softball (pitcher) train girls then do another five hours of bar work.

By the end of most days I'm exhausted. My gym membership is on hold till then (I get two days back!) and I'll start going back then. But I've been trying to do 30DS and am only really getting one or two done a week. Is this an issue?

I always found a way to work out on the job - lol.
I located places for push-ups, sit-ups and other forms of calisthenics and just figured my exercise was no worse than most other's waste of time at the water cooler or smoke lounge.

I don't see any problem. Your walking to work, playing softball and trying to fit in 30ds. Sounds as if you are active already. Whatever else you can manage to fit in would be great! Stay conscious and focused and watch food intake.

If you're just tryin to lose weight, I've done 40lbs in 6 months with just a change in diet.

Thats if you're not concerned with muscle-loss vs fat-loss.

You'll be fine. Just focus on the quality of food you are eating. Sounds like you'll still be pretty active until January!!

Anything is better than nothing, right? Do what you can, when you can.

Some days if I do not have an opportunity to work out I climb the stairs at work... amazing what 30 minutes of moderate speed in climbing stair flights will do for your cardio level. I have 5 flights of stairs and do many trips bottom to top and back, brings about a good sweat.
