I sorta ate way too much bread. Mini binge. like 10 pieces. SIGH. Still a bit under goal. Will this hurt me?

spilt milk. live and learn. use these feelings you are having now when you get the urge to do it again. it happens. when u work out tomorrow, remember these feelings to go just a bit longer in your workout.0

absolutely not as long as you're still under the calories nothing can happen.0

Nothing wrong with a little bread! Even if you did go over in calories, a little spike wakes your metabolism up and is good on occasion! Don't even think twice about it. It's over, move on0
