Do you recommend doing six week six pack and ripped in 30 if I still have about 30 pounds to lose?

I'm worried it will make my belly area bigger if i'm bulking up the muscles in there under all the fat.

Have any of you tried this while still being overweight?

I love jillian DVDS, and have been dying to try them all.. :)

I wouldn't "not" do exercise in any fashion because of fear of making my stomach larger.

I love Ripped in 30! I have it and if you put your all into it you'll workup a decent sweat and you'll be outa breath. I like to associate the pain with running suicides in PE class during Jr. High, which is awesome! I will be goin out to purchas 6 week 6 pack tmrw, so idk about that one. R30 makes you tone up and it burns off inches and gains muscle. The more muscle you have the more calories you'll burn in your workouts which is a good thing. I have BFBM, NMTZ, 30DS, and R30.
