Hi guys my name is Ben, I'm a 24 yr old male from Newcastle Australia. I started dieting 4 weeks ago and har gone from 136.4kg to 130.2kg I have only been using this app for 5 days and it seems really cool. I am just lOoking for extra suppor and motivation and talked to some inspired people along our journey. Please feel free to add me :)
