    Hello! Since having my daughter in June I have lost 60 pounds. 35lbs was weight that I gained during the pregnancy and the rest has been weight I had on me from before.

    I have been eating clean to lose the weight. I was not able to excerise right after having my daughter because I had a c-section. Since I really wanted to start losing weight right away I had to be really strict with my eating. I gained so much knowledge on eating clean from a book called "The Eat Clean Diet" By Tosca Reno. Now I exercise 3-5 times a week for 25-45min. I go on my treadmill and walk/jog, I like strength training with lighter weights as well.
