Under 500 cal and low fat Beef recipes

Im looking for some easy and flavorfull Beef recipes that are under 500 calories and lower in fat and carbs. I dont eat beef but my family does and I normally always cook chicken and fish but this time they want beef.

Any Ideas for me??

Please help.

    There are lots of recipes out there for lean beef stews and your can use lean ground beef. I make a vegetable one and 1 cup serving is about 300 cals.

    Hi,

    I like making beef stirfrys.. I just make it up as I go along but its something like:

    heat garlic and a bit of spray oil in pan
    Cook 500gms beef stips until about rare to medium rare
    remove beef and put aside
    Cut about 5cups of veggies - snow peas, zucchini, capsicum, corn, bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, etc
    Put onion in pan and cook until see through
    add all the other veggies accept snow peas) and stirfry for 5mins
    Mix 1/4cup water, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/4tsp pepper together
    Pour sauce over veggies and mix
    add beef and snow peas and cook until other veggies are to your liking.

    I serve with 1/3 cup rice and 1/2 cup of rice noodles.
