I'm on my phone.

I'm a 25yr old mom to a demanding 14 month old :p Since I had my little one, I let myself
go. I'm breastfeeding which made me always hungry. Now that I'm BFing less, I'm able
to go on a diet. I tried to diet while BFing and ended up gaining. So now it's time to get back in to shape.
I've already lost 2lbs hehe. Anyway, looking for buddies.

    First thing to remember, it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change - everything in moderation. That was hard for me to learn, but I think I've got it even though I catch myself once and a while reverting back to my bad habits. Exercise is definitely another factor. Even if it's just a walk; as long as you're moving you're exercising. I told someone once that I walk a lot for exercise and they said you can't lose weight doing that, well I do other things to, but at first I mostly walked because that's all I could do and I'm down 76 pounds now. If you're looking for a friend no one can ever have too many my friend!
