cant find 30 day shred in the list

do you count the 30 day shred as 'aerobics general' for the exercise counter? I'm on level one.

    I've made my own custom one for it but before I had a HRM and could do that, I used to put it in as Circuit Training, General.

    Lots of people including myself log it as circuit training 18 minutes which excludes the warm up and cool down. Or a HRM for greater accuracy.

    i logged as cardo circuit training 20 mins which included to warm-up and exercise..now i use my HRM and LOVE it!

  • thank you, I was wondering that myself. My husband and I tried that, I am going to go back to it in a couple of weeks. Right now, my husband and I are doing yoga.
