so i actually made this for a party but it looked so good ill be trying this myself.

Southwest Chicken

Minute Rice- 1 Cup unprepared
Pase Chunky Salsa Mild- 8 Tbsp
Chicken Breat- 8 ounces
Kraft Natural Chredded Sharp Cheddar- 1 Cup
Sun Chips- 1 Bag

Cook rice like normal.

Chop chicken into small strips or squares and toss in hot -dry- pan (if chicken starts to stick just pour a little water in) Once chicken is almost cooked, add rice and salsa. continue cooking until salsa is no longer watery. take off heat and sprinkle with cheese and lighty crushed chips.
